During the pandemic lockdown, rising high school senior Aidan Sullivan learns how to make pasta and reflects on the oddity of her normally “too busy” family now sitting down together for dinner every night for the first time since she was a child. Flashing between present day and family home videos, this film is a quiet portrait of a childhood kitchen.

At the meeting point of three glacial rivers, sits the Alaskan “gateway to Denali” in the town of Talkeetna. This film is a summer of audio recordings of townspeople’s anecdotes woven together into a love poem for this small town in Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska where 900 people call home.
